Sia became executive director of the Council on Asian Pacific Minnesotans in 2013. She holds a master’s degree in public policy and a bachelor’s degree in political science. Her responsibilities include managing all operations and projects, plus developing and implementing plans to ensure the Council delivers its statutory duties to the public.
